This major initiative went live in Q2 2024 and is set to enhance the user experience for thousands of international visitors.
The deployment of DCC services means that travellers can withdraw cash while paying for the withdrawal in their home currency at the time of the transaction and benefiting from transparent exchange rates. This service is expected to handle over 2,100 transactions daily, providing a seamless experience for customers. This announcement adds EAC as the latest customer of Fexco who currently provides DCC services to over 70,000 ATMs across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
